Sunil Grover feels 'intimidated' while working with Salman Khan in Bharat

Superstar Salman Khan's next film Bharat is in the promotion stage currently and all the actors of the film have gone next level to promote their film. Salman Khan is playing a man named as Bharat who will be seen in different age groups. Priyanka Chopra's exit made Katrina Kaif entry in the film and besides her, there are actors like Sunil Grover who are all set to give you all the comic elements.

 

Dr Mashoor Gulati and Gutthi of Kapil Sharma's shows, Sunil Grover has played the role of Salman Khan's friend in the film. Like Salman Khan has gone through a lot of transformation for the character the same has done by Sunil Grover as well, as he will be seen with Salman in all the ages. Recently, Sunil Grover talked to DNA and narrated the whole chapter how he got Salman's best friend role and the experience of shooting with him.

 

The team of Bharat offered me the role. Salman sir has always been nice and cordial with me, and complimented me. And now, it feels wonderful to be part of a film like Bharat with such a big star. Actually, I feel lucky,” Sunil Grover said.

Sunil Grover who had done roles of an aged father like what he did in Shraddha and Tiger Shroff starrer Baaghi has played one of its kind role in Bharat. Talking about the transformation he said, “Yes, playing old is nothing new for me, but this is done realistically. It’s an interesting part.”

 

Sunil Grover sharing experience of working with Salman Khan said, “I felt intimidated because he has such an aura, he is a big star! So, initially, it was difficult to work with him as an actor.” However, Sunil reveals that the ice-breaker was more than just fun. “We had a couple of parties. Party karke raat ko baithke baatein karte the! Those were our workshops,”

 

Significantly, Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Tabu, Jackie Shroff, Disha Patani, starrer film will be releasing on 5th June 2019, on the auspicious day of Eid.
