Soni Razdan Birthday: Alia Bhatt's mother revealed her #MeToo story how a man tried to rape her on a film set

Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt's mother and filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt's wife actress Soni Razdaan is celebrating her birthday today on 62nd birthday. She was born on 25th October 1956.

These days #MeToo campaign is running like a fire and many popular faces have come out in this campaign. The Bollywood celebrities are sharing their sexual harassment stories under this campaign. Recently, Alia Bhatt's mother Soni Razdan also shared her #MeToo story in an interview and told that once somebody tried to rape her, but that time he was not being able to speak on it.

 

"When I was on a film shoot and somebody tried to rape me, for example that kind of thing. Luckily they didn't succeed," She Said.

"I realised if I would have opened my mouth that person would have gone through a lot of problems. He had a family, small children. And at that time I said, ok, nothing really happened, I managed to control it but obviously I never spoke to that person again. I did not, not talk about it because of any shame or anything like that. I felt that I would be hurting his family, whom I knew," Buniyaad actress told the Quint.

 

Brahmastra actress Alia Bhatt who is dating her co-star Ranbir Kapoor these days and today Ranbir Kapoor's mother Neetu Kapoor also wishes Razdan on her birthday.
