Revealed: Trailer and release date for Sidharth Malhotra-Alia Bhatt's next, Kapoor and Sons

After making their debut in the Karan Johar-helmed Student of the Year, rumoured couple Sidharth Malhotra and Alia Bhatt will be paired opposite each other in their next film, Kapoor and Sons.

The film, which also stars Fawad Khan and Rishi Kapoor, is slated to release on 18 March 2016.

Kapoor and Sons is produced by Karan Johar, who is known to market his films aggressively. Johar has conceptualised a unique promotional campaign for the film. Kapoor and Sons will be promoted for merely a month - as compared to the usual 50 days - as the makers plan to launch the theatrical trailer on 10 February 2016.

Kapoor and Sons is a family drama in which Sidharth Malhotra, Alia Bhatt and Fawad Khan are rumoured to play siblings. Rishi Kapoor will be seen essaying the role of their grandfather.

The film is directed by Shakun Batra - who last directed Ekk Main Aur Ekk Tu.
