Sushant Singh Rajput’s death triggered the raging debates around nepotism, favouritism, groupism and outsider vs insider in the Bollywood. Ever since Dil Bechara actor’s death many celebs have been coming out and revealing their experiences regarding the same. Now Shekhar Suman’s son Adhyayan has also come out and in an interview, he said that the real issue is not nepotism but groupism.

In an interview with the entertainment portal, Adhyayan said that the bigger debate should be around ‘groupism’ and not nepotism. He further added that even he is a star-kid but now he has run out of work due to the groupism that doesn’t allow anyone from the outside world to enter and showcase their talent in the film industry.

He further revealed that due to the same his 14 films were shelved and even the box-office collections of his films were wrongly projected. He continued that people troll and blame star kids for everything that goes wrong in the industry, however, this is wrong. Even he is a star-kid but still, he is struggling and till date, he hasn't bagged any big banner film.

He concluded his interview by saying that earlier people didn’t pay attention to all this and it's unfortunate that they all required a Sushant Singh Rajput to commit suicide for people to realise.
