Shahid Kapoor was offered Rang De Basanti for this role, but the actor couldn't do the film
Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor recently came to Neha Dhupia's chat show and here Shahid revealed many amazing things about his personal and professional life. Shahid Kapoor here openly discussed his relationship with ex-girlfriend Kareena Kapoor Khan and Priyanka Chopra.
When Neha Dhupia asked Shahid Kapoor did Priyanka Chopra and Kareena Kapoor Khan invited him to attend their marriage. The actor told Priyanka Chopra did invite him in Mumbai reception and he attended it also. While talking about Kareena Kapoor, Shahid said that 'I don't remember Kareena invited me or not, it's been a long time. But I don't he invited me.'
Here Shahid Kapoor also revealed that he was offered Rang De Basanti but he couldn't be able to do it. Shahid Kapoor told that he was offered Siddharth's role and he wanted to that role also. Shahid told that he cried while reading the script and he liked it a lot but he didn't get time to do the film.
On the professional front, Shahid Kapoor is currently busy in the promotions of his next film Kabir Singh starring alongside Kiara Advani. The film is a remake of Telugu superhit film Arjun Reddy and the original film director Sandeep Vanga Reddy has directed Hindi version also. Kabir Singh is releasing on 21st June 2017.
