Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are the newB-Town couples and in the two back to back award shows, the actors have openly shared their love on the public platform. Alia Bhatt after winning the Filmfare Award, said 'I Love You' to Ranbir Kapoor from the stage. The intersting thing is that both the actors Ranbir and Alia won Best Actors award in Filmfare.
Ranbir Kapoor won the Best Actor trophy for his performance in Rajkumar Hirani's film Sanju, biopic Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt. While Alia Bhatt won the award for her performance in Raazi, directed by Meghna Gulzar. Ranbir Kapoor's mother Neetu Kapoor wished the actors on winning the Filmfare awards and posted on Instagram, "AND moments like these make you forget all the stress 🥰 congratulations so proud n happy #filmfareawards #bestactor#bestactress"
When Neetu Kapoor shared her happiness through the Instagram post, Ranbir's father Rishi Kapoor also showed love toward his son. According to a report of DNA, Rishi Kapoor said, “In 11-and-a-half years, Ranbir has picked up as many as six major awards. Neetu and I are very proud of our son.”
Significantly, Ranbir Kapoor has won 6 Filmfare trophies till now, he won Best Debut Actor for Saawariya in 2008, Best Actor Critics for Rocket Singh Salesman Of The Year in 2009, Best Actor Popular and Critics Both for Rockstar in 2012, Best Actor Popular for Barfi in 2013, and now Best Actor Popular for Sanju in 2019. Since the year 2011, Ranbir Kapoor is continuously being nominated for Best Actor category.
