Revealed: Neeraj Pandey's Naam Shabana

Bollywood is set to witness its first spin off ever in the form of Naam Shabana starring Taapsee Pannu in the lead.
The film which is a prequel to 2013's acclaimed film, Baby, will focus on Taapsee's character Shabana. It will narrate her story and journey of becoming an undercover agent, who helps in preventing terror attacks from taking place in India.
Sources reveal that Neeraj Pandey and his team of writers have done a lot of ground work to research on the character and have added a lot of real life elements in the script.
The film will also see Akshay Kumar, Anupam Kher, Danny Denzongpaa in a cameo appearance. Directed by Shivam Nair, Naam Shabana releases on March 31.
