Kabali has shaped up very well, says Radhika Apte

Actress Radhika Apte, who won a lot of acclaim for her performance in supernatural thriller -- Phobia, will next be seen sharing screen-space with superstar Rajinikanth in upcoming crime drama, Kabali.

In an exclusive interview with Catch, Radhika Apte revealed that Kabali has shaped up very well and working with Rajinikanth was a life-changing experience for her.

"Kabali has shaped up very well. However, I am yet to watch the film in totality. I have heard some really good things about the film. Working with Rajinikanth was one of the best experiences. To watch somebody that big act in front of you is itself an achievement," said Apte

The actress also shared the fan frenzy she experienced while shooting for the film with the legendary actor. She said:

"Once we were shooting at a hospital and fans went mental. We had to stall the shooting for that day and Rajinikanth had to run away. I have never seen this happen in my entire life and I don't think if I would be able to witness it again."

Directed by Ranjith, Kabali is slated to hit the big screen in July 2016. The release date is yet to be announced.
