Raees vs Kaabil: Did Hrithik Roshan just question Shah Rukh Khan's ethics?

Rakesh Roshan had booked the Christmas 2018 weekend for the release of Hrithik Roshan's super-hero film, Krrish 4. However, when the director learnt that Shah Rukh Khan has already blocked the slot for the release of Aanand L Rai's next film, he backed out of the clash on ethical grounds.

In an interview to a leading daily, Hrithik Roshan on being asked to comment on his father's decision to move away from the Box Office clash, said,

"I guess dad felt it wrong to usurp a date that another colleague had already announced."

On the flip side, Shah Rukh Khan postponed Raees from Eid 2016 to Republic Day 2017, despite being well aware of the fact that Rakesh Roshan had announced Kaabil long ago. On being asked if that was an ethical move by Shah Rukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan reacted,

"I can't judge other people's ethics. I must travel my own path guided by values instilled in me and allow others to travel theirs."

Both Raees and Kaabil are action thrillers and slated to hit the big screen on 26 January, 2017.
