Padmaavat: Do you know? This superstar rejected both the roles of Alauddin khilji and Rawal Ratan Singh in Bhansali's film
Although the controversial film of Sanjay Leela Bhansali is facing protest all over India but the audience is very eager for the film to release. Ranveer Singh, Shahid Kapoor, and Deepika Padukone starrer film is releasing on 25th January 2018.
Well, now the reviews have come out and all are praising the lead actors of the film, especially Ranveer Singh for his ruthless king's role. Even Shahid Kapoor has delivered one of the best performances of his career so far. However, we have brought you an interesting fact related to the movie, that is there is a Bollywood superstar who had the opportunity to play both roles but he rejected it.
According to reports, when the filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali was casting for the leading roles that time he approached SRK to play the leading role of Maharawal Ratan Singh but King Khan rejected the film. According to some reports, SRK rejected the film because he felt that the story totally revolved around queen Padmavati and Alauddin Khilji.
However, when Bhansali got to know that SRK is rejecting this film because of Maharawal Ratan Singh's character, then Bhansali even offered Alauddin's role to him but again King Khan denied to play the role.

The reality behind is no is that, King Khan was facing protest against his film Raees that time and he was concerned about his image. If he would have signed this film then surely the Rajput Karni Sena would have taken this protest to another level. Well, finally the film is coming out with the best of it.
