Newlywed bride Poonam Pandey files FIR against husband Sam Ahmed
Trouble in paradise! Actress and model Poonam Pandey who got recently married to Sam Ahmed Bombay filed an FIR against her husband at South Goa’s Canacona police station on Tuesday.
The actress has alleged that Sam (46), her spouse had assaulted, molested, and threatened her with dire consequences over some personal dispute, news agency IANS reported.
After Poonam’s complaint, Sam has been booked under Sections 323, 504, 354, and 506 (ii) of the Indian Penal Code.
The duo got married on September 1 this year and both are on a visit to Goa on holiday. Poonam broke her marriage news on her official Instagram account on September 10.
She captioned the picture, “Here’s looking forward to seven lifetimes with you.”
On her picture, Sam also commented, “Absolutely Mrs. Bombay ❤”
Poonam Pandey and Sam official announced their engagement in July 2020 and have also shown their rings on their social media handles.
Sam also shared a picture with the caption, “We finally did it!."
Poonam and Sam were in a live-in relationship for around two years. They got married at their home in Bandra, with only their close friends and family members in attendance.
On the work front, Poonam Pandey has worked in Bollywood movies like Nasha, Aa Gaya Hero, Trip To Bhangarh, among others.
