Post the Pulwama terror attack that killed 43 soldiers of CRPF, the political party MNS led by Raj Thackeray clearly said the Bollywood industry to drop the Pakistani artists either the result will not be in their favour. MNS warned the music label companies to stop working with Pakistani singers.

"We have verbally communicated to Indian music companies like T-Series, Sony Music, Venus, Tips Music etc to not work with Pakistani singers. These companies should stop it immediately or we will take action in our own style,"Amey Khopkar, head of the MNS Chitrapat Sena told PTI.

Recently, T-Series did a contract to do songs with Atif Aslam and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan for two respective songs. However, now the music company T-Series has dropped its contract to working with Atif Aslam and other Pakistani singers. Not only this the music company even has dropped the song Baarishein sang by Atif Aslam after the Pulwama attack protests.

Let us tell you that in 2016 also same kind of thing happened when MNS asked Pakistani artists to leave the country in 48 hours and celebrities like Fawad Khan and Mahira Khan left the country. The producer Ronnie Screwvala also has announced that they will donate 1 crore to the army welfare fund.
