Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon's Box-Office collections spell SUCCESS for Kapil Sharma

Kapil Sharma - Elli Avram's Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon continues to do well at the Box-Office with its Sunday collection of Rs 10.06 crore, taking the weekend total to Rs 28.81 crore.

KKPK has done surprisingly well. It has surpassed Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty's Hero in terms of first week collections within three days, which speaks volumes of its success.

The film has inched passed the collections of Student of The Year (28 crore), becoming the highest opening weekend ever for a debutante. It is performing well in Delhi/UP, East Punjab, Mumbai and Gujarat. It has shown gradual growth over the weekend in other territories too.

Day wise Box-Office Collections:

  • Friday: Rs 10.15 crore
  • Saturday: Rs 8.60 crore
  • Sunday: Rs 10.06 crore
  • Total: Rs 28.81 crore

The producers have recovered their investment within the first weekend and whatever the films earns from today will be surplus. KKPK's success will make Kapil Sharma the second person from the television industry, after Shah Rukh Khan, to make it big in films.
