Kick 2: Salman Khan starrer gets a release date; Kriti Sanon, Pooja Hegde in talks for female lead
Salman Khan is all set to hit the theatres with his upcoming film Dabangg 3 starring Sonakshi Sinha, Sudeep, Saiee Majrekar among others. However, the actor is grabbing eyeballs for one more reason and its for his another sequel film Kick 2. Sajid Nadiadwala earlier confirmed that Kick 2 is on cards and now as per reports makers have locked the dates.
As per Bollywood Hungama, makers are done with the script while dialogue writing is in process. The makers have decided to release the film on Eid in 2021 that is on 13th May. Yes, the film will hit the theatres in 2021 as director needs time for pre-production, shoot and post-production. Kick which starred Salman, Jacqueline Fernandez and Randeep Hooda too released on Eid in 2014.

Also, another news is doing rounds on social media that makers have shortlisted 3 actresses for the female lead in Kick 2. As per sources, Sajid Nadiadwala might opt for Pooja and Kriti among the 3 actresses Pooja, Kriti and Jacqueline. Both the actresses have been part of Sajid’s films so he is confused as to whom to choose. So now he will put forward the name of all three actresses to Salman Khan and he will decide on the leading lady.
