Kerala Floods: Lady Gabbar Singh actress Poonam Pandey takes a big decision for flood victims; know what

Many Bollywood actors and actress have raised their hands in support for Kerala flood victims and also donating a huge amount to the Kerala flood relief fund. Now, model and actress Poonam Pandey also joined the list to support the state.

Poonam has taken a big decision to provide the help for the state. Yes, Poonam Pandey has donated her payment that she received for the movie Lady Gabbar Singh to the Kerala flood relief fund.


Pandey who is going to make her debut into Tollywood industry with Malini & Co, is all set to make her comeback to the screen. A few days back, she has signed a Telugu film named Lady Gabbar Sing. The film is directed by Veeru K.

As per the reports of IBT, Poonam Pandey said, ‘I am deeply in a trauma and pain to see the devastation caused by the floods in Kerala. My heart goes out to the people in need and in order to help them, I have decided to donate my entire remuneration of just signed Telugu film Lady Gabbar Singh to the Kerala relief fund.’

However, the condition in the state has become better than previous after IMD has withdrawn red alert from some districts. However, at least 357 people have lost their lives in the Kerala floods. 

Indian Army, Navy and NDRF all have been doing their best in the rescue and relief work in the state. 

Also, the central and state governments provided the relief fund to the state.
