Kartik Aaryan and Alia Bhatt to star in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Gangubai?
As soon Salman Khan starrer Inshallah got shelved, Sanjay Leela Bhansali moved on to his next film Gangubai with Alia Bhatt. Earlier, Bhansali decided to drop the project to make Inshallah but after Salman made exit from Bhansali's film he decided to revive Gangubai. Although it has been said in several reports that Alia Bhatt is already confirmed for Gangubai, while currently, Bhansali is looking for a male actor.
According to latest reports, after Ranbir Kapoor, Bhansali has met with Kartik Aaryan to discuss the role. Reports suggest that Kartik is visiting Bhansali office frequently these days and he also was snapped outside his office. As it is known that Bhansali is currently working on Gangubai so all expectations are that he is considering Kartik for the film.
However, it has not confirmed yet as the day Kartik Aaryan went to meet Bhansali, the same day, Bhansali's favourite Deepika Padukone also visited the office. So it may happen that Bhansali is planning a film for Deepika also that may star Kartik Aaryan as well. Well, nothing is confirmed but let's see who will make a deal with Bhansali.
While Kartik Aaryan is already busy with some lined up projects like Love Aaj Kal 2 with Imtiaz Ali also starring Sara Ali Khan. Then Pati Patni Aur Woh Remake with Ananya Panday and Bhumi Pednekar, Dostana 2 with Janhvi Kapoor and debutant Lakshya Lalwani, and Bhool Bhulaiyya 2 starring alongside Kiara Advani.
