Kareena Kapoor to star opposite Aamir Khan in 'Lal Singh Chaddha' after 3 Idiots and Talaash!

Kareena Kapoor made a strong comeback to the silver screen with Veere Di Wedding in 2018 and after that, the actress is just making all the right choices for her career. She has just completed the shooting of Good News starring alongside Akshay Kumar and Diljit Dosanjh, and then she jumped to Irrfan Khan starrer Angrezi Medium.

Now the current rumours are that Kareena Kapoor is going to sign a film opposite Aamir Khan after 3 Idiots and Talaash. The actress has been approached to play leading lady opposite Aamir Khan in his next film Lal Singh Chaddha. The film is an official remake of Forest Gump and it will be directed by Advait Chandan who also directed Secret Superstar.

The rumours of her casting spread after the actress went to meet the director Advait and she will soon be joining by Aamir Khan. If this amazing casting happens then this will be Kareena and Aamir's third collaboration after 3 Idiots and Talaash. Firstly, Aamir and Kareena worked together for director Rajkumar Hirani's blockbuster film 3 Idiots.

On the other hand, Aamir Khan has announced his next film Lal Singh Chaddha on his birthday. Aamir took a long time to announce his next film after his last film 'Thugs Of Hindostan' tanked at the box office. While on the other hand, Kareena is also booked for Karan Johar directorial film Takht, a period drama also starring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt.
