The teaser of Rajinikanth's highly-anticipated film, Kabali is out. The teaser reintroduces audiences to the Thalaiva as he reprises one of his best loved avatars - that of a whip-smart action hero.
Kabali features Rajinikanth in the role of a gangster - one that seems to be tailor-made to include some of the superstar's popular mannerisms. The teaser also features the trademark laugh and the phrase, Kabali Da, delivered by Thalaiva himself.
The megastar jumps, kicks, punches, and shows his fearless self in the video. His flashback look at the end of the teaser is sure to be a visual treat for his fans.

As expected, Thalaiva takes up much of the screen time in the one minute-five seconds teaser, while his co-star Radhika Apte seems to be trying hard to keep up with the living legend.
The teaser was officially revealed by the film's producer Kalaipuli S Thanu on Twitter.
From the looks of the teaser, Kabali seems to be Rajinikanth's big ticket to conquer the film world after the debacles that were his previous films, Lingaa and Kochadaiiyan.
The Pa Ranjith-directorial, which features music by Santhosh Narayanan, is slated to hit the big screen later this year. It will be interesting to see if the teaser will break the record for highest YouTube views set by Ilayathalapathy Vijay's Theri.
