It's Veere Di Wedding for Sonam Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania

After the success of Neerja, Sonam Kapoor is now gearing up for Veere Di Wedding.

The female buddy film will starKareena Kapoor Khan, Swara Bhaskar and actor Tiku Talsania's daughter, Shikha Talsania along with Sonam.

Sonam Kapoor took to social media to make the announcement. She posted:

#veerediwedding my next!! @rheakapoor #kareenakapoor @reallyswara @shikhatalsania @ekmainaurektu7 #breakingboundaries #newage #feminism [sic]

The film will chronicle the lives of four independent women. Veere Di Wedding, directed by Shashank Ghosh, will be jointly produced by Rhea Kapoor and Ekta Kapoor.

While Swara and Sonam are good friends in real life as well, the move to rope in Kareena came as a surprise.

The first shooting schedule of the film will be held in Delhi, following which the team will head to Thailand.
