Is Fateh Randhawa to star alongside Janhvi Kapoor and Kartik Aaryan in Dostana 2?
Karan Johar recently announced the sequel of Dostana, and he announced Kartik Aaryan and Janhvi Kapoor in the leading roles. However, he told that the third leading man will be announced soon. The film Dostana 2 will be based on the subject of homosexuality and it will be here to break stereotypes.
There were lots of expectations that who will play the third leading role in Dostana 2, and reports were even that Rajkummar Rao and Siddhant Chaturvedi were also considered. However, things didn't work and then the search of new leading man started. Now, according to the latest reports, the makers have zeroed on a new name and soon they will announce it. The media reports suggest that actor Vindu Dara Singh and Farah Naaz’s son Fateh Randhawa is being considered to play a leading role.
However, there is no official confirmation has happened yet but the buzz is that makers have liked his audition. Even Karan Johar is planning to launch one more actor in the industry. While talking about the film it will go on floors at the end of the year and will release next year.
On the other hand, Janhvi Kapoor will be going to see in Kargil Girl, Gunjan Saxena's biopic and also RoohiAfza with Rajkummar Rao. She will also be seen in Karan Johar's Takht starring alongside Ranveer Singh. While Kartik Aaryan just completed the shooting of Imtiaz Ali's film and jumped to Lucknow to kick-off the shooting of Pati Patni Aur Woh starring alongside Ananya Pandey and Bhumi Pednekar.
