Kaabil Box Office: The Hrithik Roshan film shows a huge growth on Republic Day!

Kaabil was on a historic run at the box office on its second day as the film recorded a near 100 per-cent occupancy by raking in Rs. 18.67 cr on the Republic Day holiday.

The Hrithik Roshan film witnessed a massive jump across the country with most centres collecting almost two times the opening day number. The family audience has come out in big numbers on Thursday and if this continues over the weekend, the film is bound to emerge a winner.

While the collections on Wednesday were not dented by the limited screen count, the same did affect the business on the Republic day holiday.

Day Wise Collection:

• Wednesday: Rs. 10.42 crore
• Thursday: Rs. 18.67 crore (80% growth)
• Total: Rs. 29.10 crore

The hold in collections on Friday will give us a clear picture about where Kaabil is heading. The word of mouth would come into play now onwards and Friday collections equal to Wednesday would be a very good result for Kaabil.

The all India distribution rights of Kaabil have been sold for Rs. 42 crore, and the film will emerge a clean hit at collections above Rs. 90 crore at the Indian Box-Office.
