Actor Siddharth is helping rescue people stuck in Chennai floods. The actor - known for his films like Enakkul Oruvan, Boys and Rang De Basanti - is helping out with pick and drop facilities by updating his Twitter timeline constantly.

The actor has also been making personal requests to people to lend their vehicles, food and shelter to the ones affected.

Here are a few of his tweets:

A third spell of heavy rains has completely battered Chennai and various parts of Tamil Nadu. Many parts of Chennai and its suburbs are flooded, including the airport. Flight operations have been indefinitely suspended.

While some are donating money to those affected, many like Siddharth have taken to the streets of Tamil Nadu to help out those stuck in the floods.
