Ajay Devgn brings down a prostitution racket in Shivaay ?

Chastened after the Action Jackson fiasco, Ajay Devgn has promised that he will sign only those films which have a good script. His last film, Drishyam , was a step towards doing content based cinema, again.

Currently shooting for Baadshaho in Punjab,Devgn has a few promising films lined up for next two years, specially two of Bollywood's biggest films, Shivaay and Sons of Sardaar. The actor revealed the plot of Sons of Sardaar recently and plans to mount it on a scale at par with Hollywood biggie 300 .

However, nothing is known about his dream directorial, Shivaay , which goes on the floors at Canada in December this year. The film, which is thespian Dilip Kumar's grand niece Sayesha Saigal's launch pad, is said to be one of India's costliest films.

What is Shivaay all about?

According to a report by 9XE , Devgn will be seen as a convicted prisoner who comes out of jail and plots to bring down prostitution racket. It seems his character echoes several traits identified with Lord Shiva.

The film will be shot in the mountains of Canada. Currently, Devgn's team is working on the pre-production. Produced by Eros International, Shivaay is scheduled for a Diwali release next year.
