Ace Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh wishes Gully Boy actor to play role in his biopic

Siddhant Chaturvedi is grabbing eyeballs ever since he made his debut in a supporting role as MC Sher in Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt’s starrer Gully Boy. As soon as the film hit the big screens the actor started receiving applauds from across the Entertainment Industry, however, what caught our attention was that even Amitabh Bachchan applauded the actor with a heartfelt note.

Since then every movie and TV director is keen to work with him and so far he has received two projects which are slated to release this year i.e 2020 and next year i.e 2021. Well, the liking is not just among the directors or actors but also the India cricketers. Yes, you read right the actor has a fan in the cricket world as well and it's non-other than, all-rounder Yuvraj Singh.

Recently, during an interview, Yuvraj was asked which actor is he keen on seeing playing his role in the biopic. He said, “Probably, I’d play myself — that would be a bit desperate… (chuckles) hai na? See, that’s the director’s job to decide. If it’s going to be a Bollywood film, then Siddhant Chaturvedi — the guy who played MC Sher in Gully Boy (2019) — is a good option; I’d love to see him in the film.”
