Aankhen 2 vs Golmaal 4: Amitabh Bachchan to clash with Ajay Devgn in Diwali 2017

Anees Bazmee's Aankhen 2, starring Amitabh Bachchan, Anil Kapoor, Arjun Rampal and Arshad Warsi, will clash at the Box Office with Rohit Shetty's Golmaal 4 starring Ajay Devgn, during the Diwali 2017 weekend.

Producer Gaurang Doshi hosted a grand press conference in Mumbai to announce his film and revealed that he has invested a lot of money in the sequel to the 2002 hit. The producer also confirmed that the thriller will hit the big screen next Diwali.

"Diwali is a big release window where two films can easily co-exist and do well. I am confident about my film; Golmaal Again should also do well," said Gaurang at the event.

A few days ago, Rohit Shetty blocked the coveted weekend slot for the fourth installment of India's most successful comedy franchise which is expected to go on floors by the end of December. While Golmaal 4 will majorly be shot in India, Aankhen 2 will be shot in United Kingdom.

Given the fact that Ajay Devgn was the first choice to essay one of the three visually impaired characters in Aankhen 2, it will be interesting to see the clash of the titans at the Box Office next year.
