Aamir Khan's Dangal to begin final shoot on 15 June, 2016

Aamir Khan starrer Dangal is likely to start its final shooting schedule in Punjab from June 15. The film is much anticipated by his fans as the perfectionist Bollywood superstar will sport two different looks in the film- that of a 55-year-old father and a 25-year-old wrestler.

Khan, who gained nearly 25 kg for the elderly character, has been following a strict diet to shed all the flab to look younger for the second character. The actor currently weighs 71 kg and has fixed the target to lose another three kilos before commencing the final schedule of the film.

Scenes featuring Khan showing his prowess at an akhada as well as world wrestling championship will be shot June onwards. The Nitesh Tiwari directorial film is expected to be wrapped up by mid-July.

The film which is a biopic of Mahavir Phogat focuses majorly on women empowerment and revolves around how two daughters accomplish their fathers dream to win a gold medal in wrestling at the Olympics.

Dangal releases on Christmas this year.
