Shah Rukh Khan is all set to commence shooting for Imtiaz Ali's next film - where he is rumoured to play a guide. After the Imtiaz Ali film, Shah Rukh will play the role of a little person in Aanand L Rai next - that goes on floors in December 2016.
According to the latest update, after shooting for these two films, Shah Rukh Khan will begin work on Aditya Chopra's next - where he will reportedly play a warrior. Shah Rukh previously donned the warrior avatar in the 2001 film Asoka, directed by Santosh Sivan.

The period film is said to be Aditya Chopra's most ambitious film till date and he has been working on the script for the last three years. The untitled project, which will also be shot on a huge scale, is set to be the costliest Yash Raj Films project till date.
Interestingly, King Khan had dropped a few hints about the film during the promotions for Fan.
"Aditya Chopra has a plan to do a film with me. I think I will start shooting from Aditya's next film by end of 2017. All he has told me is the fact that is a very big project and I might have to sit for two months with Adi to prepare for the character. He told me that the shooting will be wrapped up in three months, but I will have to work with him on characters for two months prior to shooting for the film," he had said.

Red Chillies VFX will deal with the visual effects of the period drama.
