102 Not Out Box Office Collection Day 1: Amitabh Bachchan, Rishi Kapoor dad-son relationship managed to gain decent numbers
This Friday saw the release of two films at the theatres namely 102 Not Out starring Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor playing the role of a dad and a son while on the other hand we had Rajkumar Rao's Omerta. Now its turn for the numbers that the movies have earned. Well, talking about the 102 Not Out, it can be said that the movie has managed to earn decent at the box-office.
When the trailer of the film came out it became quite obvious that the most popular pair of the Bollywood who were reuniting after 27 years will surely create magic on the screen and will attract audiences to the nearby theatres. As per the latest numbers, the film after its first day of release has managed to earn as many as Rs 3.5 crore.
Popular trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to his Twitter account to share the new of the same. He tweeted, “Like most content-driven films aimed at families, #102NotOut started on a slow note, but gathered momentum from evening onwards… A HEALTHY GROWTH is on the cards on Sat and Sun… Word of mouth is SUPER-STRONG… Fri ₹ 3.52 cr. India biz.”

Well as Taran said, it can be seen that the people who went to watch the movie appreciated the content as well as the acting of the stars. People said that the movie surely is a must watch for all the people who love to watch family dramas.

Talking about the plot of the film, the movie revolves around the story that shows the relationship between a father who is 102 years old and his son. The role of father is played by Amitabh while Rishi Kapoor plays the role of his son. The father who behaves like a child wants to send his son to an old age home but agrees to not do that only on one condition that he changes the way he looks at life.
