Pilots try to swap their planes in mid-air; what happens next will make you scream NOPE
A horrifying stunt video attempted by two pilots in mid-air has gone viral on social media.
In the viral clip, the two pilots tried to swap their planes in the mid-air, but what happened next is really shocking and a lesson for others.
Cousins Luke Aikins (48) and Andy Farrington (39) from Arizona in the US, performed a never-before-seen stunt for Red Bull. The incident took place on April 24 over the scrubland of Arizona.
As per reports, both pilots were supposed to switch off the engine of their plane and sent it into a nosedive, and jumped out, free fell towards each other’s plane.

They were supposed to exchange the plane and enter through the window and then pilots were expected to land their planes safely.

The stunt of the pilots went horribly wrong. The duo jumped out of their respective planes from the altitude of 12,100 feet with the airbrake system engaged on both planes.
Luke was able to enter the plane while things didn’t turn out well for Andy who lost his control and was forced to abandon the stunt. He then utilizes his parachute.
Luckily, both the pilots landed safely on the ground.
Footage of the deadly stunt was live-streamed on Hulu. People who witnessed the stunt also posted their recordings online.
