Man sings AR Rahman song while enjoying paragliding; video goes viral

A video of a man singing AR Rahman's song ‘Maa Tujhe Salam’ while paragliding. The clip has amazed netizens as he was singing the song at 8000 ft.

The video features Rupesh Maity who sings the song while playing ukulele during his paragliding ride in Himachal Pradesh’s Bir.


The song ‘Maa Tujhe Salaam’ was composed by AR Rahman. The beautiful scene of the Himachal makes the video more attractive.

Rupesh shared the video with a caption, “Singing Maa Tujhe Salaam at 8000ft while paragliding.”

Netizens can’t stop hailing Rupesh for this adventurous performance. One of the users wrote, “The minute you sang 'Vande Mataram' - Instant goosebumps.”

The video has garnered over 2,800 likes on Instagram. While 63,265 views on YouTube.

“Paragliding is much safer and easier than people think. 5 of us were doing it for the first time and none of us had a scary experience. In fact all of us were singing at some point. And fortunately I was carrying my ukulele. It is not a chota guitar guys, it is called a ukulele,” Rupesh Maity wrote on his YouTube channel.
