Cat falls from upper deck of the stadium during football match; scary video goes viral

A football match between Miami Hurricanes and Appalachian State has become the talk of the town after a video surfaced on the Internet. The football match was held at Miami’s Hard Stadium on Saturday night where thousands of fans gathered to watch the game. However, the audience's attention was shifted towards a cat that fell from the upper deck of the stadium.

The video of the cat dangling off the upper deck went viral on social media.

In the viral clip, the cat hung for a while with its two front paws while a group of Miami fans tried to rescue her. After struggling hard, the cat fell down and a group of people used an American flag to save the cat.

As soon people safely catch the cat, football game fans started cheering and clapping for the animal. Luckily, the cat didn’t show any signs of injury in this incident.

According to a USA Today report, stadium security staff collected the cat and took it to a safe place.

Reportedly, the flag which was used to catch the cat belonged to season ticket holder Craig Cromer and his wife, Kimberly. The couple took the flag from the railing after they saw the cat clinging above them.
