Sanjivani 2: Ishqbaaaz star Surbhi Chandna starrer to start from this month; will Nakuul Mehta join the show?
One of the popular shows that went off AIR in recent times is none other than Ishqbaaaz that shocked its fans. The fans were in awe of the lead pair of the show Shivaay and Anika, the roles played by Nakuul Mehta and Surbhi Chandna. The fans wanted them to return in the form of couple but there aren't any news of the same. Meanwhile, some time back there were reports of her joining a new show Sanjivani 2 that happened to be the second season of the cult show Sanjivani.
As per the latest reports by an entertainment portal, the makers have roped in Surbhi for the lead role and the show might get launched in the month of June this year. Talking about the male lead,the search for the male lead is still going on but there were reports of Namit Khanna being a part of the show. It is being expected that the show might get a prime time slot since it was a family entertainment drama however no discussion about the timing have been made yet.
Talking about the show, a closed source told an entertainment portal and said, "The makers are hoping to begin shooting by May this year and set the ball rolling for the launch in June." Talking about other actors in the show, there is air of Gurdeep Kohli and Mohnish Behl joining too who were also a part of the original show that aired between 2002 and 2005. The show even get a second season that had Karan Singh Grover, Jennifer Winget, Karan Wahi, Shilpa Shukla, Mohnish Behl titled as Dill Mill Gayye.
