Naagin 2: Mouni Roy to romance Shakti Arora and not Arjun Bijlani in season 2
Naagin, the Colors TV show that has been garnering the maximum TRPs for the channel for months now has gone off air. However, the makers have already announced that it'll return with its second season in October this year.
The channel has even released a promo hinting that Mouni Roy, the lead, will be seen in Naagin 2as well. However, the latest development about the new season has it that Arjun Bijlani aka Hrithik will no be returning to the show. Instead, Shakti Arora who rose to fame with Colors' Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi has been roped in to play the male lead in the show.

Both Naagin and Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi are Ekta Kapoor's TV shows. And the second season of Naagin will have another female face in the lead apart from Mouni Roy. Check out its promo here:
