A group of scientists working in the Physical research laboratory of Ahmedabad (PRL) has discovered a new planet. They informed that this planet is situated the distance of 600 light years. This new planet is similar to the size of super-Neptune.

Researchers conducted this search of the planet under the guidance of prof. Abhijeet Chakraborty. Researchers briefed that this planet has 600-degree Celsius temperature on its surface.

This discovery has been considered important as it is going to help for understanding the super-Neptune.

The density of this planet is 27 times larger than the density of planet earth. This planet revolves around a Sun-like start in its solar system. This planet has been discovered by using the advance radical velocity Abu-sky search technology of PRL.

In addition of information, in a recent space discovery, the Curiosity rover of NASA has discovered carbon elements on the surface of Mars. Carbon element is the basic building of life and the finding suggest that Red Planet may be had life moving on its surface 3 billion years ago. Though these elements could also belong to some non-living compound also.
