Follow the steps:
STEP 1: Check the grade points for five main subjects. For instance
Sub I: 8
Sub II: 9
Sub III: 8
Sub IV: 9
Sub V: 8
Step 2: Add up all the grade points which is -- 8+9+8+9+8 = 42
Step 3: Now, divide the sum by 5
So, 42/5 = 8.4;
Therefore, 8.4 is your CGPA.
