Pawan Kalyan’s three fans electrocuted to death while putting up poster on eve of Telugu superstar's birthday

In a shocking incident, three fans of Telugu superstar Pawan Kalyan electrocuted to death while erecting a poster at Kanamaladoddi village in Shantipuram Mandal, Chittoor district on Tuesday.

According to a report in DNA, the youths were putting up the 40 feet high poster on the eve of Kalyan’s birthday, which will be celebrated on September 2.


The seven youths erecting the poster touched a live 6.5 kV electric wire passing overhead. Three of them were killed while four others were suffered injuries.

The injured people were shifted to PES Hospital, Kuppam. Reportedly, all the injured people were out of danger now.

Vakeel Saab actor Pawan Kalyan, who is also the party chief of Jana Sena Party (JSP), condoled the demise of his fans and also assured to provide help to their families.

 

After the incident, Producer Boney Kapoor took to his Twitter and released a statement on the behalf of Team Vakeel Saab, the upcoming film of Pawan Kalyan.


With heavy hearts, we express our deepest condolences to the families of the three fans who unfortunately lost their lives. We, along with millions of others, express our solidarity to their families in this hour of grief. We come forward to announce financial assistance of Rs 2 lakh each to the families of the deceased. We wish a speedy recovery to the injured. We also request all fans to value their lives and be safe,” the statement reads.

Meanwhile, the motion poster of Vakeel Saab was released on Wednesday to commemorate the 49th birthday of Pawan Kalyan.
