Awe heroine Regina Cassandra to make Bollywood debut with Sonam Kapoor, Raj Kumar Rao's Ek Ladki Ko Dekho Toh Aisa Laga

Popular Telugu actress Regina Cassandra is all set to make her Bollywood debut with Ek Ladki Ko Dekho Toh Aisa Laga, bankrolled by Vidhu Vinod Chopra. The film also marks the directorial debut of Vidhu Vinod Chopra's sister Shelly Chopra Dhar. The multi-starrer film also stars an ensemble star cast incuding father-daughter duo Anil Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor, veteran actress Juhi Chawla and national award winning actor Raj Kumar Rao.

Regina was earlier supposed to make her Bollywood debut with Amitabh Bachchan's Aankhen 2. However, the film got shelved due to the unknown reasons.

If Telugu media reports are to be believed, then makers of Ek Ladki Ko Dekho Toh Aisa Laga have roped in Regina after watching her brilliant performance as a junkie girl Mira in Awe.

Apart from Ek Ladki Ko Dekho Toh Aisa Laga, Regina's upcoming films include Tamil films Mr. Chandramouli and Nenjam Marappathillai.
