2017 Top Hashtag Trends: Prabhas, Salman Khan and Thalapathy Vijay showed strong domination on Twitter
The popular micro-blogging site, Twitter released 2017's round up of stats of the Top Hashtag Trends in India on Tuesday. 2017 has been a mixed year so far for Indian film fraternity as many big budget films bombed at the Box Office and many emerged as surprise hits.
And on Tuesday, Twitter revealed some of the top names of Indian cinema who showed strong dominance on Twitter.
Superstars Prabhas, Salman Khan and Thalapathy Vijay bag the top three spots on Twitter in 2017,
While Prabhas' Rs. 1000 crore blockbuster Baahubali2 bagged the top spot, Salman Khan's Bigg Boss 11 and Thalapathy Vijay's Mersal ranked at number 2 and number 3 in the list of top entertainment hashtags of Indian in 2017.
Meanwhile, Deepika Padukone at number 7 became the only female celebrity among the list of top 10 most followed Indians on Twitter.
