As the politics over Pulwama attack and air strike across LoC churns out in India, Union Minister VK Singh has strongly responded to Congress’ Digvijay Singh’s remark over Pulwama blast being an “accident.”

BJP’s VK Singh, today when asked about the recent comment of Congress leader Digvijay Singh on Pulwama, said, “With due respect, I would like to ask Digvijaya Singh Ji, was Rajiv Gandhi's assassination an accident or a terror incident?”

Earlier, Digvijay Singh in a tweet had said that, “Although after Pulwama accident, the ‘Air strike’ operation carried out by the Air Force is being questioned by the foreign media, after which a situation of trust deficit is being created on Government of India,” (original tweet was in Hindi).

Another BJP leader and Union HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar stated strongly against the Congress party over the issue and said, “Congress ko kya hogya hai?Desh ki jan bhawna se ek dum ulti baat karte hain, sena ki jankari ko jhutla rahe hain.Aisa kisi lok tantra desh mein nahi hota jahan sena par hi avishwas darshaya jata hai.”

Meanwhile, as the voices grow seeking evidence for the IAF strike across LoC, Digvijay Singh had also reprimanded the government in the same way.

Singh had said, “I am not questioning the recent IAF action against Pakistan-based terrorist camps, but pictures of any incident in open space can be accessed through satellite technology. So we should also give evidence, the way the United States government presented evidence of Osama bin Laden’s killing before the world.”
