Newly Elected DMK Chief MK Stalin urges to party cadre, ‘remove PM Modi at the centre and EPS from the state’

The Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) has got its new President MK Stalin on Tuesday and after getting elected he said that it was a new birth for him. He also urged to his party cadre to remove the ‘right-wing’ Narendra Modi government at the centre and also the EK Palaniswami-led AIADMK government in the state.

After took the charge as DMK chief, Stalin said that ‘Today’s political situation in the country has become the grave challenge. Education, art, literature, religion are under attack by authoritative and communal forces. The Union government is trying to destabilise the judiciary, selection of governors.’


“All this has dealt a blow to the secular principles,” he said, reported ANI.

During Stalin’s emotional speech, he also termed his party as his family and also asked the support from his party members and also added that without them he can’t overcome the challenges prevailing before the Tamil community.

DMK chief also said that he would take all the possible step to uplift the Dravidian people.

He also added that the party should never abandon the ideologies of Dravidian movement stalwarts, EV Ramasamy Periyar and CN Annadurai.
