Lok Sabha Elections 2019: Begusarai to Mumbai North, all eye on these 7 important seats

Polling for phase 4 of the Lok Sabha election has begun in nine states to elect the representatives on 72 seats. Among 72, these 7 Lok Sabha seat will witness high voltage battle as all eye is on them. The prominent candidates on fray for Phase 4 Lok Sabha elections are Bharatiya Janata Party’s Giriraj Singh vs former JNUSU and CPI candidate Kanhaiya Kumar from Begusarai, Congress’ new recruit actress Urmila Matondkar vs BJP’s Gopal Chinayya Shetty from Mumbai North.

Other key seats are Uttar Pradesh’s Kannuaj from where Dimple Yadav, wife of former CM and SP chief Akhilesh Yadav is on the battleground against BJP’s Subrat Pathak. Congress’ Salman Khurshid from Farrukhabad against BSP leader Manoj Agarwal and BJP’s Mukesh Rajput.


Congress leader and former Union Minister Milind Murli Deora have been pitted against BJP’ ally Shiv Sena leader Arvind Sawant from Mumbai South. While it's Congress’ Priya Dutt vs BJP’s Poonam Mahajan in Mumbai North-Central.

The phase four polling will witness a sea of celebrity voters from Bollywood to the television industry as Mumbai votes today to elect their representatives.

Meanwhile, Dushyant Raje, son of former Rajasthan CM Vasundhara Raje’s is contesting from Jhalawar, that vote today.

Today Maharashtra, Odisha, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh and Bengal and Jammu and Kashmir will vote in the Phase 4 Lok Sabha elections. This will the fourth and final phase polling for assembly election in Odisha.
