Kupwara Encounter: One terrorist killed by security forces in J&K’s Handwara

Brief exchange of fire between security forces and terrorists broke out in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kralgund and Handwara in Kumpwara district on Thursday morning. One terrorist was gunned down by security forces in Handwara. Operation are underway.

Arms and ammunition were recovered from the site after a brief encounter broke out in Handwara's Kralgund area. Internet services have been snapped in Handwara and Kupwara. A search operation was still underway as of the last update.
