Jet Airways flight in-charge Nidhi Chaphekar, who was critically injured in the twin blasts at Zaventem Airport in Brussels on 22 March, returned to Mumbai on 6 May.

The 42-year-old cabin crew member has been shifted to Mumbai-based Breach Candy Hospital for further treatment. She was earlier being treated at Grande Hopital de Charleroi in Belgium.

Accompanied by her husband Rupesh, she was flown out of Belgium on Thursday night.

Chaphekar had sustained over 15 per cent burns in the attack. She suffered a fracture on her foot as well.

According to media reports, Chaphekar doesn't need intensive care anymore.

"She will now be treated for her leg injuries in Mumbai. A team of doctors will decide a further course of treatment," Chaphekar's sister-in-law Madhuri Chaphekar told the Indian Express.
