Today’s assembly results in the five states will decide the fate of 8,472 candidates who are in the fray.

However, the two national parties BJP and Congress are giving a tough competition in three states- Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh.

In Rajasthan, Congress has plotted against state chief minister Vasundhara Raje by recounting its loopholes in the state. The Congress is banking on former chief minister Ashok Gehlot and Sachin Pilot to swing the votes in its favour.

However, in Madhya Pradesh, the power was in the hand of BJP since 15 years and Congress is hoping that this time the fortune is in its hand and will surely form its government in the state. On the other hand, MP present CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan has confirmed that he will again win the seats in the state and will form the government.
