You can buy late Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s ashes on sale at Amazon; here’s the reality

Social media has become the platform for infotainment where users shared their memories, information and also some fake news. However, a government trying its best to stop spreading the fake news on social media but Netizens takes no pause. Recently, mob lynching incident has increased in the country due to the fake news on social media.

In the past few days, the country has lost its former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee and after his last rites, the Bhartiya Janta party has immersed the ashes of the late former PM in the various rivers of the country by announcing ‘Asthi Kalash Yatra’. However, oppositions called it election propaganda.



During this controversy, the Bahujan Samaj Party’s social media influencer Devashish Jarariya has posted something on Twitter which has shocked everyone. He posted a tweet that Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s ashes is on sale at Amazon. 

Yes, an image has been shared by Devashish has been photoshopped. Reportedly, he has taken the screenshot which looks like that it has been taken from Amazon’s website. The image said that ‘Vajpayee’s original ashes along with the copper Kalash and also Narendra Modi’s life is being sold at 10% discount on the online shopping site. There is also users reviews shown on the image.

However, no such kind of image is available on the official website of Amazon which means it’s a fake image shared on social media.

Also, a user named on Twitter Yo Yo Modi has commented on the image that ‘Fake h Bhai...Maine hi share Kiya tha.’



Well, it's an advice for all that don't trust anything on social media blindly, just cross-checked it before trusting in it.
