SAIL Recruitment 2020: Vacancies released for medical officer, other posts; check salary details

The Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) has invited application form for the post of doctors in its Rourkela Steel Plant. Interested candidates can submit their application form after knowing the eligibility criteria for the post.

According to the official notification, the last date for the submission of the SAIL Recruitment for Specialist (E-3) and Medical Officer post is November 30.

• Specialist (E-3): 30 posts
• Medical Officer: 7 posts

Eligibility Criteria Required for SAIL Recruitment 2020:
Education qualification:

• For Specialist (E-3) post: Interested candidates should hold the Post Graduate (PG) with MD/MS/DNB/MDS in Anaesthesia/Dental/Dermatology/General Surgery/General Medicine/Microbiology/O&G/Ophthalmology/Orthopaedics/Paediatrics/Pathology/Pulmonary Medicine/Psychiatry/Radiology from a university/institute recognised by Medical Council of India/National Board of Examination with minimum 3 years post qualification experience in the relevant discipline after MD/MS/DNB/MDS.
• For Specialist (E-3) (Emergency Medicine): Candidates who hold the Post Graduate with MD/MS/DNB in Emergency Medicine/General Medicine/General Surgery from a university/institute recognised by MCI/National Board of Examination (NBE), can submit their application form.
• Specialist (E-3) (Transfusion Medicine): Post Graduate with MD/DNB in Transfusion Medicine/Pathology from a university/institute recognised by MCI/National Board of Examination (NBE).

Selection procedure:

• For Specialist (E-3) and Hospital Administrator (E-3) posts, candidates need to qualify for the interview.
• For Medical Officer (E-1) post, aspirants need to appear in the written test in English on the allotted date. The shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview in order of merit, at the ratio of 1:3.

• For General/OBC/EWS- Rs 500
• ForSC/ST/PWD/ESM/Departmental candidates- No fee required
