It's not just smartphones that want to be paper thin anymore. Chinese women are attempting the same. With A4 size sheets.
That's right. That plain white sheet of paper in your printer. That impossibly thin plain white sheet is apparently an attainable waist size for women in this world.
If you're asking us if this is healthy, the answer is, "DON'T DO IT!"
And that applies to just all of these completely absurd body shaming trends that we have seen in the past:
1. Collarbone challenge:
To prove how much your collarbone juts out, balance a bunch of coins atop them. If the coins can stay upright, social media will be happy.

2. Thigh brow:
The fold between your thigh and upper body when you sit. And how perfect it looks.
3. Kylie Jenner lips
This one's painful. Suck on a shot glass till your lips swell up and look like Kylie Jenner's.

4. Pencil under boob
Just so that the world know how perfect your breasts are, place a pencil under your boob and watch everyone lose their minds. *magic*
5. Belly button challenge
Put your arm around yourself and try to touch your belly button. It's like the Iron Pillar challenge. Except involves no heritage.
6. Thigh gap
Make sure your thighs are so skinny that there's air between your legs. At no point must your thighs meet. They are parallel entities and must remain so. Amen.

7. Bikini bridge
While tanning on a beach there's not much to do except read, click selfies and stare down your torso. While staring, if you spot your underwear forming a bikini bridge from one pelvic bone to the other, know that you have no belly fat. Now click that selfie.
