Mohammed Shami makes fun of Sheldon Cottrell's Salute Celebration in match against West Indies--watch video

The in-form Indian Pacer Mohammed Shami left his mark in his second consecutive World Cup game, taking four wickets in team India’s 125 runs trimph against the West Indies at old trafford cricket ground on Thursday.

Apart from flooding the social media with praises and comments over his bowling, Mohammed Shami also entertained the fans with some mimicry on the field.


 

Mohammed Shami was seen impersonating Sheldon Cottrell’s march and salute celebration after the tail-ender was dismissed by spin sensation Yuzvendra Chahal in the 30th over of the match. In no time the video went viral on Twitter leaving the fans in awe.

Mohammed Shami made his first appearence in India’s fifth match against Afghanistan in the Worl Cup 2019 at Southampton, where he concluded with a bowling figures of 4/40.

During that match, Shami also became the second India to take a hat-trick in the World Cup. The 28 year old further impressed the fans with an improved figures of 4/16 against West Indies, which was his second match in the ongoing edition of the World Cup.

In the match against West Indies, Shami dispersed Chris Gayle (6), Shai Hope (5), Shimron Hetmyer (18) and Oshane Thomas (6).

Talking about Chris Gayle’s dismissal that gave India a positive start to the game, Mohammed Shami merits the IPL for his success in the World Cup 2019.
