In the 14th match of ICC World Cup 2019, a funny incident took place which proved to be fatal for India. Bails didn’t fall off after Jasprit Bumrah hit the stumps in his very first ball off his first over. The incident took place in the second over of the second innings when Jasprit Bumrah came into deliver his first spell.

David Warner was on strike batting at just 1 run when the incident took place. Warner went on to make 56 runs before he was dismissed by Yuzvendra Chahal. Jasprit Bumrah looked very disappointed after the bails didn’t fall off and Warner was elated as he got another life in the innings. This is the second time something like this happened in World Cup 2019 after we saw a few similar incidents in Indian Premier League 2019.

Australia is 2 wickets down from 137 runs in 26 overs. Chahal took one wicket while Aaron Finch was dismissed run-out after making 36 runs.

India is playing against Australia in their second World Cup match and Virat Kohli chose to bat first after winning the toss. Indian batting attack posted a huge total of 352 runs in 50 overs with Shikhar Dhawan scoring a fantastic century. Indian skipper Virat Kohli scored 82 runs off 77 balls, while vice-captain Rohit Sharma scored 57 and Hardik Pandya scored a quick 48 runs.
