Badhai Ho! It’s a baby girl, one of the most loved Indian cricketer Rohit Sharma and his wife Ritika Sajdeh are blessed with a baby girl. This good news arrived at the Sharma house on 30 December, Sunday.

Rohit Sharma couldn't attend the birth of his daughter as he was representing India in the Melbourne Test against Australia. However, the duo managed to keep Ritika’s pregnancy news under wraps but recently that the cricketer disclosed that he was going to be a father.

This amazing news was confirmed by Ritika's cousin Seema Khan, who shared an Instagram story captioned, "Baby girl, Masi's again". Seema Khan is the wife of actor-producer Sohail Khan.

Well, we all know the love story of Rohit and Rikita is nothing less than a typical romantic movie. The duo met as a professional and they knew each other for six years before getting married. Ritika is a sports event manager and used to take care of Rohit’s cricket engagements as his manager. However, they soon developed a strong friendship which later turned into lovers.

After dating for 6 years, Rohit proposed his ladylove in a romantic way. He went to his knee and proposed her with a solitaire ring in his hand, and popped the question to her at the Borivali Sports Club, Mumbai, where he started his career at the age of 11. The two got engaged in June 2015 before getting married in December.
